Michael Shilale Architects, LLP (MSA) was recently asked to assist Nyack Public Schools with a District -Wide Capital Improvement Project.  The focus of the work is on safety and security upgrades as well as educational and technological improvements.  MSA helped prioritize projects that are vital to maintain and improve the high standard the District sets for its educational and athletic facilities. 

 

Evaluating architectural, site, mechanical and electrical components, design solutions were proposed suggesting options and opportunities for consideration.   Construction and Project budgets were developed  for comparison and value engineering to maximize benefits while minimizing costs.
