A New Four Story Infill Mixed Use Building

Michael Shilale Architects, LLP (MSA) was
hired to develop Design and Construction
Documents for this four story 6,000 square
foot building.
A four story building inserted into the
fabric of downtown Suffern, this building
is the first of what can be important
additions and improvements to the
village’s streetscape.
MSA has advised on code, construction and
energy efficiency elements of this new
structure intended to us state of the art
construction and systems technology.
Retail stores a restaurant and offices are
planned for this attractive addition to
the village. |
