cost the to the district or their taxpayers.

Michael
Shilale Architects, LLP (MSA) was asked to help the
district implement critical capital improvements in
a difficult economic situation. An Energy Saving
Performance Contract was the best solution. A new
roof on the High School and important boiler
replacements at two other schools are being provided
at no net cost to the district. Over $400,000 of
annual energy savings were identified that will fund
the needed improvements. The energy savings are
guaranteed, however like any construction project,
an expert design and construction team are crucial
to a successful project. |
